506TCO type CO removal catalyst(cylindrical)

506TCO type CO removal catalyst(cylindrical)

506TCO type catalyst is a multi-component metal oxide system. It is primarily used for the simultaneous removal of carbon monoxide and oxygen from gas mixtures containing both CO and O₂ (free of olefins). When the O₂ stoichiometric ratio is higher than CO, it is used for CO removal; if the CO stoichiometric ratio is higher than O₂, it is used for O₂ removal.

Keyword:

Gas purification catalyst, deoxidizer, dehydrogenation agent

Classification:

Carbon Monoxide Removal Catalyst

Product Details

506TCO type catalyst is a multi-component metal oxide system. It is primarily used for the simultaneous removal of carbon monoxide and oxygen from gas mixtures containing both CO and O2 (free of olefins). When the O2 stoichiometric ratio is higher than CO, it is used for CO removal; if the CO stoichiometric ratio is higher than O2, it is used for O2 removal.
This catalyst features high catalytic activity, deep purification, moderate operating temperature, industrial energy savings, safe operation, and convenient handling. It is widely used in chemical and other industrial gases for the removal of CO and oxygen, with even broader applications in the environmental protection field.

Operating conditions and parameters:
Bed height-to-diameter ratio:3~5
Operating temperature:130~150℃
Gas space velocity:≤3500hr-1
Particle shape:∮2~10mm
Mechanical strength:≥60N/pellet
Bulk density:1~1.2g/ml
CO content in feed gas:≤3%
Residual CO after purification:≤1ppm
Service life:≥3 years

Instructions for Use:

1. Cover the top of the catalytic tower with inert ceramic balls approximately 20cm high, spread evenly.
2. The gas flows through the deoxygenation tower from top to bottom.
3. Heat the reactor to evenly raise the catalyst temperature to 130–150℃. After the temperature is stabilized, the gas to be purified can be introduced at any time, and the catalyst will begin CO removal (deoxygenation) operation.
