506TJW-1 type catalyst is a noble metal catalytic system. It is primarily used for removing hydrocarbons and methane from oxygen or oxygen-containing gases. Its working principle is: when the feed gas passes through the catalyst, hydrocarbon and methane impurities in the gas react with oxygen to form water and carbon dioxide, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating hydrocarbon impurities.

506TJW-1 type catalyst is a noble metal catalytic system. It is primarily used for removing hydrocarbons and methane from oxygen or oxygen-containing gases. Its working principle is: when the feed gas passes through the catalyst, hydrocarbon and methane impurities in the gas react with oxygen to form water and carbon dioxide, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating hydrocarbon impurities.

Instructions for Use：
1. Load the 506TJW-1 catalyst uniformly into the reactor.
2. Fill the upper part of the catalytic tower with 20cm high inert alumina ceramic balls.
3. The gas flows through the catalytic tower from top to bottom.
4. Turn on the heating power and raise the temperature in 2–3 stages (or by programmed temperature ramping) to ultimately hold the catalytic reactor at 350 °C. Once the catalyst temperature is uniform, introduce the gas to be purified, and the system is ready for operation.
5. When using this catalyst, no pretreatment, activation, or regeneration is required by the user; it can be used continuously for many years.
