Operating conditions and parameters:
Bed height-to-diameter ratio:3~5
Operating temperature:130~150℃
Operating space velocity:3000~5000 hr-1
Mechanical strength:≥50N/pellet
Bulk density:1~1.2g/ml
Hydrogen content in feed gas:≤4%
Residual hydrogen after purification:≤1ppm
Service life:≥3 years
Principle
When the gas passes through the dehydrogenation catalyst, hydrogen and oxygen in the atmosphere react over the catalyst to form water, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating hydrogen.
Instructions for Use
1. Fill the upper part of the catalytic tower with 20cm high inert alumina ceramic balls.
2. The gas flows through the catalytic tower from top to bottom.
3. Load the dehydrogenation agent into the dehydrogenation reactor. Under a small flow of oxygen, heat the dehydrogenation reactor to 130–150℃ and vent the exhaust.
4. Once the temperature is stabilized, introduce the oxygen or oxygen-containing gas to be purified, and the dehydrogenation purification process begins.
Features
1. Due to the synergistic effect of the metal oxide support, this catalyst is particularly suitable for catalyzing the hydrogen-oxygen reaction in oxidizing environments to achieve hydrogen removal.
2. Can be used year-round without the need for regeneration.
3. Low-temperature hydrogen removal with high activity and thorough purification.
