506TCO type catalyst is a multi-component metal oxide system. It is primarily used for the simultaneous removal of carbon monoxide and oxygen from gas mixtures containing both CO and O₂ (free of olefins). When the O₂ stoichiometric ratio is higher than CO, it is used for CO removal; if the CO stoichiometric ratio is higher than O₂, it is used for O₂ removal.
