Molecular Sieve
3A molecular sieve pore size is 3A, mainly used for adsorbing water, and does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter greater than 3A. Mainly used in separation and purification devices for ethylene, propylene, ethanol, etc., to deeply dehydrate and dry raw materials, so that their dew point is less than -65 ℃. It is the preferred desiccant for deep drying, refining, and polymerization of gas-liquid phases in the petroleum and chemical industries.
4A molecular sieve refers to the sodium type of A-type crystal structure, which can adsorb molecules with a critical diameter less than 4A. It is mainly used for deep drying of gases and liquids such as air and natural gas.
In low humidity environments (RH10%), air drying has strong water absorption capacity, high strength, stable physical and chemical properties, durability, long service life, and high mechanical strength during long-term use. It does not swell or crack after absorbing water.
5A molecular sieve refers to calcium A-type aluminosilicate, which has a developed three-dimensional pore structure and a crystal pore diameter of 5 angstroms. It is mainly used in industrial fields such as CO production and large-scale separation of n-alkanes in petrochemical enterprises. It has the characteristics of higher adsorption capacity, faster adsorption speed, stronger adsorption selectivity, more complete desorption at room temperature, smooth and hard surface, high strength, and low wear rate.

This product can be used as precious metal catalyst carrier, oxygen generation industry, textile industry, gas drying,automatic instrument wind drying, as well as in chemical fertilizer, petrochemical drying industry as desiccant, purifier (dew point can reach -40℃). It is a kind of efficient deep drying desiccant with trace water, which can meet the standard of ISO8573-1 secondary water content and meet the requirements of most industries. It is very suitable for micro heat, blast heat and compression heat regeneration device.
13X molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate, a molecular sieve in the form of the sodium salt. The effective pore diameter is 10 angstroms, and molecules with a molecular diameter of not more than 10 angstroms can be adsorbed by water and carbon dioxide, and by water and hydrogen sulfide gas in an air separation unit. 13X can also adsorb molecules with large critical diameters (aromatic and linear hydrocarbons). There are different professional varieties according to different applications, which can be used in the drying of medicine and air compression systems.
