506TCO type CO removal catalyst(spherical)
506TCO type catalyst is a multi-component metal oxide system. It is primarily used for the simultaneous removal of carbon monoxide and oxygen from gas mixtures containing both CO and O₂ (free of olefins). When the O₂ stoichiometric ratio is higher than CO, it is used for CO removal; if the CO stoichiometric ratio is higher than O₂, it is used for O₂ removal.
HM-(I) dehydrogenation catalyst for oxygen or oxidizing atmosphere
This catalyst is a noble metal/oxide system dehydrogenation agent, primarily used for hydrogen removal and purification in oxygen, air, and oxygen-containing atmospheres. Applications include hydrogen removal from oxygen in industrial water electrolysis for hydrogen and oxygen production, as well as the elimination of hydrogen from ambient gases in electrolysis workshops, hydrogen operation rooms, satellites, power stations, battery rooms, submarines, and other confined spaces, and also for hydrogen removal purification in electrochemical medical oxygen generators.
HM-(II) type palladium catalyst
The HM-(II) type is a supported noble metal palladium-based catalyst. It is primarily used for oxygen removal via hydrogenation and, under specific conditions, eliminates the excess hydrogen or oxygen from the hydrogen-oxygen compound ratio. It is suitable for the magnetic materials industry, where it removes oxygen from nitrogen via hydrogenation while simultaneously eliminating excess hydrogen.
The greatest advantages of this catalyst in application are as follows:
1.Excellent purification effect;
2.Reducing the catalyst input by half by replacing the double-tower with a single tower;
3.Simplified equipment;
4.Capable of continuous operation without the need for regeneration.
506HT type deoxygenation catalyst (spherical)
This catalyst is a noble metal–semiconductor system. It is primarily used for catalytic removal of oxygen from hydrogen and hydrogen-containing gases, and is also widely used for hydrogenation deoxygenation of inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, and helium. Its working principle is: when the feed gas passes through the catalyst, oxygen impurities in the gas react with hydrogen to form water, thereby achieving deoxygenation. The 506HT catalyst features high catalytic deoxygenation activity, deep purification, large gas processing capacity, wide operating temperature and pressure range (no sintering at 650℃), no need for activation or regeneration, high mechanical strength, no pulverization, and stable activity over years of continuous use. Notably, compared to tantalum catalysts on activated alumina supports, it exhibits superior resistance to poisoning by H₂S、SO₂、Cl₂、NH₃, and other toxic substances. It offers energy savings, safe operation, and convenient handling in industrial applications.
506HT type deoxygenation catalyst (cylindrical)

506HT type deoxygenation catalyst (trefoil)
This catalyst is a noble metal–semiconductor system. It is primarily used for catalytic removal of oxygen from hydrogen and hydrogen-containing gases, and is also widely used for hydrogenation deoxygenation of inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, and helium. 506HL type deoxygenation catalyst
This catalyst is an activated alumina-supported noble metal (palladium) catalyst. It is primarily used for catalytic removal of oxygen from hydrogen and hydrogen-containing gas mixtures, and is also widely used for hydrogenation deoxygenation of inert gases such as nitrogen, or for oxygenation removal of hydrogen.
506HN type deoxidizer is a noble metal/oxide system deoxidizer, primarily used for chemical adsorption deoxygenation purification of nitrogen, inert gases, and other gas mixtures.
506HN-1 type deoxidizer is a metal/oxide system deoxidizer, primarily used for chemical adsorption deoxygenation purification of ethylene, propylene, nitrogen, inert gases, carbon dioxide, and other gases.
506HO type dehydrogenation catalyst
This catalyst is a noble metal/oxide system dehydrogenation agent, primarily used for hydrogen removal purification of inert gases such as nitrogen and argon. For example, after inert gases with high oxygen content (0.5–2%) undergo deoxygenation by hydrogenation, the excess hydrogen is removed to obtain high-purity gas free of both oxygen and hydrogen. Alternatively, excess oxygen operation can be performed to remove excess oxygen, with the ultimate goal of achieving purified gas with neither hydrogen nor oxygen.
