Recently, the National Energy Administration issued Announcement No. 5 of 2025, introducing a number of key industry standards, including four related to hydrogen energy, including standards for fixed vacuum insulated liquid hydrogen pressure vessels. Among them, the "Regulations for the Preparation of Feasibility Study Reports for Renewable Energy Power Hydrogen Production Projects" apply to the preparation of reports for water electrolysis hydrogen production projects with wind power and photovoltaic power as the main sources of electricity, and stipulate the principles, content, and depth of preparation. The release and implementation of these standards can standardize the preparation of integrated engineering reports for wind solar power generation, hydrogen production, and hydrogen storage, improve the economic efficiency of hydrogen electricity coupling projects, and promote high-quality industrial development and technological progress.
