On January 7th, the official WeChat account of Longi Hydrogen Energy announced that the first set of electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment for its first European project has been successfully shipped. This delivery is a set of 5MW alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production system.

To meet the demands of the European market, the project has been carefully prepared in multiple stages. In terms of product compliance, the equipment strictly follows CE standards, and the electrolytic cell adopts ASME design specifications and has passed CE PED certification. It meets European regulations and engineering application standards in key aspects such as structural safety, pressure bearing system, and manufacturing quality, laying a solid foundation for long-term stable operation.

In terms of system design, the key system design principles and material selection refer to industry standards such as EIGA. After multiple rounds of communication and thorough demonstration with the user's technical team, the safety, reliability, and maintainability of the system in European application scenarios are guaranteed. In the system architecture and framework design phase, the project team combines internal reviews and opinions from domestic and foreign experts on the user side to optimize the layout around on-site operation and maintenance conditions, reserve work space, improve inspection and maintenance convenience, and set engineering support conditions for key maintenance operations to shorten maintenance time and reduce complexity. At the same time, safety protection design is introduced to address potential risks such as high temperatures, taking into account both operational efficiency and personnel safety.
