China Huadian Joins Hands with Vietnamese Enterprises to Build Green Hydrogen Factories

China Huadian Corporation recently announced plans to jointly invest $2.39 billion with well-known Vietnamese company Minh Quang JSC to build a green hydrogen energy factory in Guangzhi Province, Vietnam. The project will include multiple links such as wind power generation, solar power generation, and water electrolysis for hydrogen production, covering an area of 50 hectares. It is expected that the annual output after production can reach 60000 tons, creating 500 job opportunities in the local area and contributing significant economic benefits.
Huadian Group submitted a proposal to the Quang Tri authorities last week and received a positive response from the local chairman. Minh Quang JSC, as Vietnam's leading enterprise in the field of clean energy, is full of confidence in this cooperation. Huadian Group has had multiple successful investment cases in Vietnam, and the construction of the green hydrogen plant will further strengthen its energy layout in Vietnam.
