6000m³/ h in a petrochemical enterprise in Liaoning Nitrogen requires smooth acceptance of oxygen and hydrogen free projects after purification

A 400000 tons/year liquefied gas comprehensive utilization project of a petrochemical group in Liaoning Province, with mixed C4 as the raw material and main products including polypropylene, MTBE, light and heavy aromatics, and isobutane. The existing equipment includes 115000 tons/year OCU unit, 250000 tons/year gas fractionation unit, 30000 tons/year MTBE unit, and 60000 tons/year C4 aromatization (n-butane). The nitrogen purification unit requires no hydrogen or oxygen after purification, and the purification unit we cooperate with Perry Gas Company, a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry 718 Research Institute, meets the purification requirements. The oxygen and hydrogen content of the finished gas is ≤ 0.5PPM.
