On May 24, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced the proposed new occupations, including hydrogen-based direct reduction ironworkers, a new occupation related to hydrogen energy, which is the first official announcement of hydrogen-related occupations by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
Hydrogen-based direct reduction ironmakers refer to those professionals who operate professional equipment to produce hydrogen-based direct reduction iron that meets the quality standards. Their main work involves the operation of many systems such as reaction shaft furnace, heater and process circuit, as well as the removal of carbon dioxide, storage and transportation of raw materials, coating and arrangement of products, and so on.
As the world pays more and more attention to clean energy and low-carbon technology, hydrogen energy is becoming more and more popular as a pollution-free and efficient form of energy.
