A purchase contract has been signed with our company for 600000 tons/year of synthetic ammonia, 800000 tons/year of urea desulfurization and dehydrogenation agents for China's synthetic ammonia project and a key project in Hebei Province - Hebei Yangmei Zhengyuan Chemical Group. This marks a new milestone for our company in the coal chemical synthetic ammonia industry.
Zhengyuan Chemical's 600000 tons/year synthetic ammonia and 800000 tons/year urea projects have a total investment of 3.798 billion yuan, covering an area of 1321 acres. The main construction includes synthetic ammonia and urea production lines, coal gasification plants, and other supporting facilities. After the project is completed, it can produce 600000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800000 tons of urea annually. At the same time, it can produce 144 million standard cubic meters of hydrogen and 144 million standard cubic meters of carbon monoxide annually. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2014, with an average annual sales revenue of 1.755 billion yuan and a profit of 630 million yuan.
It is reported that the Zhengyuan Chemical Project uses Yangquan smokeless coal and Shenhua bituminous coal as raw materials, fully utilizing the national policy of supporting the localization of large-scale nitrogen fertilizer plants, and adopting advanced technology for large-scale chemical fertilizers at home and abroad. The project ranks among the top in terms of product energy consumption, production costs, and other indicators in the same industry.
