CIMC Anruike and Sinopec CNOOC Energy Supply have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement

Recently, CIMC Enrico Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC Enrico") and Sinopec Zhonghai Ship Fuel Supply Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinopec Zhonghai Fuel Supply") successfully held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Shenzhen, injecting new impetus into the green development of the shipping industry.
At the signing ceremony, important leaders including Gao Xiang, President of CIMC Group and Chairman of CIMC Enrico, Yang Xiaohu, Executive Director and President of CIMC Enrico, and Qinling, Director, General Manager, and Party Secretary of Sinopec CNOOC Energy Supply, attended. Li Dong, General Manager of CIMC Anruike Science and Technology Innovation Center, and Luo Yongxiang, Development Department of Sinopec Zhonghai Enterprise, signed an agreement on behalf of both parties.
Before signing the contract, both parties had friendly and in-depth talks, discussing the carbon emission policies of the International Maritime Organization and the European Union, as well as the development trends of green and low-carbon marine fuels. Both sides agree that they should fully leverage their respective advantages, promote the application of green fuels such as green methanol and green ammonia in the transformation of new ocean going transportation ship fuels, actively respond to the national "dual carbon" strategy, and create a green and low-carbon shipping ecological environment.
In this cooperation, both parties adhere to the principles of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit and win-win", with the goal of promoting the green transformation of the ship energy industry and improving the collaborative efficiency of the industry chain. In the future, both parties will establish a comprehensive strategic partnership in key areas such as technology research and development, market expansion, resource integration, and low-carbon energy applications, jointly exploring innovative development paths and creating a cooperation model with international competitiveness.
