Recently, China Shipbuilding (Handan) Perry Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the 718th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, successfully won the exclusive EPC (Design Procurement Construction) general contracting right for a 3000 type methanol hydrogen production hydrogenation integrated comprehensive energy station project. This achievement marks a significant breakthrough in the industrial application of methanol hydrogen production technology in China, adding strong impetus to the coordinated development of the entire hydrogen energy industry chain.
Perry Hydrogen Energy has a profound technical background and rich experience in general contracting in the field of energy engineering. This project adopts its independently developed 3000Nm ³/h methanol hydrogen production hydrogenation integrated technology, which has three core technological advantages through optimized process flow and modular design.
In terms of efficient hydrogen production, utilizing the leading 3000Nm ³/h methanol hydrogen production technology, a single unit can meet the daily production capacity of 200 hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, and the hydrogen production efficiency is improved by 15% compared to traditional processes. In terms of cost control, modular design and factory prefabrication have shortened the project construction cycle by 30%, reduced the overall cost by more than 20% compared to traditional hydrogen refueling stations, and achieved green production with "zero solid waste, zero wastewater, and zero exhaust gas". In addition, the company also provides full lifecycle services, integrating process design, core equipment supply, and system integration, providing complete solutions from planning to operation and maintenance for multiple scenarios such as industrial parks and transportation hubs, effectively promoting flexible deployment of projects.
