The plan emphasizes a diversified hydrogen production system, focusing on hydrogen production from renewable energy, combining industrial by-product hydrogen, and exploring innovative models such as "wind-light power generation-electrolysis of water to hydrogen production". At the same time, we will vigorously develop the hydrogen energy equipment industry, break through key technologies, and promote large-scale production of fuel cells and key components.
